On a partly cloudy we travelled to the zoo for a quality spring break adventure. Our local zoo with aquarium is a great size for a half-day trip and is very wheelchair accessible.
This is the first time Isaac was brave enough to put his hands on a starfish, anemone, and sea urchin. No animals, human or otherwise, were injured during this interaction.
Love me some jellyfish.
We convinced the teens to join Isaac on the carousel. We got some smiles, but I think it was underwhelming for them. Not enough speed. Though I did point out that it is a carousel and not a centrifuge.
Isaac loved it as much as last time and he was the only who went twice.
It was good to get out of the house and spend time together.
