Today Josh was ordained a Deacon in the Aaronic Priesthood by Jason. It was difficult to gauge, but I think he was excited. I am not sure he really understands everything involved yet. That will come with time.
This means no more Primary singing/sharing time. No more Primary Program. No more singing in Sacrament Meeting. He has been looking forward to all of that for months.
Now he enters the world of the Young Men's program and continues in Boy Scouts. We are so proud of the young man he is and the man he will become.
But to keep this real, I do have to say that he spent the morning before he got ordained making various Daleks out of Legos.
